What do you think of marriage lasting for only 2 years and if you are still happy at the end of the two years you can renew your license.

That is a piece of ****!! A marriage should be for life. The vows you have to take are for LIFE. I REALLY hope you are just asking this out of curiosity and are not supporting this because I think that that is so so sad! I think that couples should have to go through some sort of pre-marital counseling and have to pass to be able to be married. Oh, that makes me so sad that some people are wanting this!! :(

I think i understand where you are coming from.Seeing as the divorce rate is SO HIGH i can actually see people wanting a 2 year marriage certificate!

Me personally would "opt out"

I see my marriage lasting a very long time and if it doesnt then it doesnt because i dont believe in alimony and ill never ask for child support seeing as how great my fiance is with his daughter from another relationship :p
