Error in the decree of divorce like, paper is of uttaranchal, made in new delhi, notorised from rajasthan and the actual printed date was 29 jan 2008, he cut the date and made 29 march 2008. and he claims to have given divorce, though i was not informed by any means. I have challenged this decree, as i dont consider it right according to muslim personal law as well as legally since it doesnt have my signatures or any witness from my side. He gave three witness , 2 related 1 unrelated and got them signed on the paper. Now i want to know if court will accept this paper as divoce granted or not? i filed a complaint on 2 april in women's cell. I never knew he did that. I tried to reconcile for almost an year. and because he has another woman, he wants to leave me. I have already filed 498A , 125 . Case will also be registered from women's cell as he denied for reconciliation there. My question is how important this decree of divorce is considering it has got various hand made changes ?
