After my wife's 4th baby I noticed that she had become quite loose (or, yes I had shrunk).....Its very frustrating. We are now looking for a kegel exerciser or pelvic floor exerciser that we can use....ideally it would become part of foreplay even. Anyone got any suggestions. Thanks

Kegels can be done anywhere, without any special equipment. just have her practice sqeezing tightly, hold 15 or more seconds, and repeat 10 times. Then do some more later in the day.

Having said that, kegels can only do so much. if that doesn't help in a few months, she can have a vaginal tightening procedure, by a plastic surgeon. They are also ob/gyns that do this procedure too.

btw, to the other poster, kegels are not a garantee against bladder leakage. I have a friend that has never had kids, and in her fifties has worse bladder issues than i ever did, even though I had 3. There is another procedure for that, it lifts the urethra back into place with a simple stitch in the Drs. office. There is a ligament that holds the urethra in place, and it's behind the muscles, so kegels don't reach that far back.

Look up kegel 8. its meant to tone the muscles when inserted. Dont think you would want to use it as foreplay though because it sends out little shock waves. That would definitely shrink for a while!

Look into vaginaplasty.. Plenty of exercises you can do without spending money on a device that will just end up being a place to hang your clothes soon.
