ok because marriage is a verbal contract till death due us part
can I make a prenup that allows me to keep all that is not alive that was gained dureing the marriage ?

why I ask is I will never divorce my husband but if he divorces me I want to break his stuff like he broke his promise to me is it a possibility?
if we both agree that's a suitable punishment for terminating a relationship we both agreed to stay in no matter what, I mean

ok if you did not get it here is the question once more

it will say something like the devorce looses his or her right over any possession that dose not draw breath if the verbal contract known as marriage is breached

so if I am divorced he can have the cat dog and kids I just want to break his stuff like he broke my heart and trust so can I make that a prenup

Marriage is not a verbal contract. It is a legal contract.

Marriage is more than a verbal contract, and it is written when you sign the marriage certificate and it is filed with the county and state. A prenup agreement specifies usually things that are to be excluded from a community proerty dispute that each other has before the marriage, such as money and properties they earned or had before tha marriage they don't wish to share. It has nothing to do with destroying things if you get angry and decide on divorce. Things you gain in marriage are those usually up for dividing if they are subject to a community property dispute. You may be breaking things that you are entitled to.

If you have to sign a prenup to make sure you get your vengeance, then you probably shouldn't be married in the first place. You sign a prenup to protect any assets that you have before going into the marriage. So if someone owns a large house and has millions of dollars going into the marriage, they sign the prenup so the wife can't divorce within a year and take everything.
