Advice on an ex who keeps returning after long absences with other girls?

I really need some advice. My ex has a bad report card. He cheated on his wife to be with me. Stopped talking to me for a year to try with her again. Then came back to me. They're separated now. He stopped talking to me again for a year & has come back to me again telling me he thinks of me during sex with his NEW live in girlfriend of 11 months. Is this guy a serial cheater/player? Or is it just me? Why can't he let me just get over him without popping back into my life after year long absences? Yes, I still love him but would like to break free of this cycle. I've told him we can be friends, but he is wanting me back plus keep his live in girl too!

Learn from the mistake. If a man can leave his wife for you..it's just a matter of time before he leaves you for someone else. It's a pattern with him. He doesn't know who or what he wants so he keeps making the rounds never really committing to any of you. He'll waste years of your life with this crap. And while you wait for him to make up his mind..you will miss opportunities finding a good person who will treat you right. Stay away from married men. Marriage is a commitment through good times and bad..it's not easy . If it was truly that bad of a marriage he should have divorced and waited a while before dating again. Don't cause pain to some woman you don't know by getting with her husband. You wouldn't want someone to do that to you if you were married. Move on..cut him off you don't need this kind of drama in your life. It's not respectable so raise your standards. Capice?

He keeps coming back because you let him. You're already a homewrecker. So you probably deserve this for all the pain and anguish you've caused other people.

you keep inviting him back (let's be friends). Not his problem its all yours. dosnt sound nice but you have to see it and deal with it. move on
