Should Russian women chase after the foreign men, instead of the men chasing the women?

Okay, I have known a few relationships where American men traveled half way around the world to meet a Russian women, then spent tens of thousands just to bring her into his life, then a few months later she divorces him and gets half his stuff. She never works, but he's lost so much.

That's like the man is the Goose that lays the GOLDEN EGGS, and he has all of the offering of money in terms of support and financial resources, while all she has to offer is her beauty.

So in such a case it is the Goose that lays the Golden eggs that flies halfway around the world just to be with the woman, spending huge amounts of time and money just to travel and to be with her. The Goose provides the Gold; what does she provide?

(no, sex is not the answer, foreign women will NOT sleep with any men before marriage, and the marriage usually ends before there is much sex anyways.)

If the Goose was so extremely valuable, provides for ALL of the family's income (the Russian women states ahead of time that she wishes to become a homemaker and she doesn't want to work, she wants the man to do all of the earning of money for the family), then should it not be the Russian women who does all of the chasing of the foreign men, instead of the other way around?

The Internet is to blame for the spread of international marriages. There are so many examples of men flying off to god knows where to meet sweet young things that pander to their every need and desire. Then they get married and try to settle into a normal life only to find that the sweet young thing is infact a nasty cats with claws that rip the heart out of the relationship eventually ending up in divorce and the viper is laughing all the way to the bank. Guys who seek international brides do leave themselves open to being used by the criminal elements who run the foreign dating agencies. so the moral of the story is not to screw with Russians brides unless you have a cast iron prenuptial agreement.
