If I write this novel, should it be from the wife's perspective?

It's about an abusive marriage.
I want to write it from both the husband and wife's perspectives.
It's hard being the voice on an abusive man, though.
What should I do?

maybe you can write it with him, so you will know what was going through his mind, because I think it's hard for us to see into those idiots head. or just ask him and take notes.

I would just write it from the wife's perspective. You can't really know what goes on in an abusive man's mind unless you have ever been one.

The husband's perspective would sell more.
The wife's perspective is the easiest thing to find now.

Whate ever novel you write it must be from your own voice. You cannot get inot the mind of the other person and put it on paper the same as if they would write it themselves.
